The car was great. I think that you should highlight that insurance will be extra and required, so that we know the true cost beforehand. I canceled this car per the terms and received no response. I was instructed to call Sixth where only a voicemail instructed me to cancel via email which no one responded to. The auto reply instructed me to click a link to cancel. After entering my details, I was messaged that the action (canceling) was ‘not allowed’.
