They asked for $1200 deposits for insurance. They gave me a different car. Wait time was excessive. They are charging me over $200 despite having insurance. Please fix this problem

I rented the car online for one price and when I arrived they raised the price by almost double. I don’t appreciate the bait and switch and will not be using your rental car service anymore.

If you book your car in San Salvador before 6:30am no one will be there. The agent usually arrives around 6:30. Ensure you have a translator or know Spanish. The car we got was an old car the engine light came on on day 3. Car did last the entire 10 day trip though.
