The phone number on the shuttle pick-up window had been disconnected and was no longer in service. I had to look up the number and figure out how to get in touch with a live person for a pick-up. The car smelled like cigarette smoke, the seats had stains everywhere and the car charger didn’t work, even after trying three different cords.

I specifically picked a vehicle for 5 people and 4 suitcases. The tiny vehicle we got was not equipped for that. We had four adults with four suitcases. Only 3 would fit in the back so we had to squeeze on in the backseat.

Would have liked to have had Navigation in the car since we were traveling. Did not know I had to arrange for that. Otherwise good car.

Great first experience. No hassles and no problems. Care was like new with only 6500 miles on it. We had to wait a few minutes on the the shuttle but was prepared having read similar experiences in reviews. The office location is several miles from the Ft. Myers airport so it made sense it would take a 15 minutes to drop off and pick up. Saving $100 or more for a weeks regental was definitely worth the wait!!!

The place was in complete disarray, the clerks have no regard for the customers, there is no rhyme or reason on the order of people being serviced and the lead clerk is extremely rude.

Some confusion over the pick up location when booked on line. Hannah &, in particular, Shelsey, were extremely helpful & diligent in completing the reservation at RSW Airport location. Unfortunately, our first rental displayed engine maintenance caution near the mid point of our lease, so we had to return it for a replacement. Once again, the staff at RDW Airport were efficient at handling the transaction.
