Got to the rental center at IAH and the line for Dollar rentals was over a 100 yards long. I stood in line for 90 minutes and only moved a few feet. They had two staff on duty. I had to get to an appointment so was forced to abandon my prepaid rental and take an Uber. Totally unaceptable and a rip off.

I arrived at Houston Airport, got in line for the rent-a-car shuttle, and waited for nearly half an hour for the bus to arrive, just to learn that those buses had nothing to do with bringing me to Easirent office. I called Easirent office several times, spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get there, and finally heard that the office was closed and I could not get a car. I request a full refund.

Horrible rental service, the shuttle pick up from the airport is almost nonexistent you will be waiting for up to a hour. Once arriving at the location that wait time is insane and the customer service again horrible the lack of consideration is mind blowing. If you are 3 hour outside your reservation time they won’t rent to you and that’s even with you waiting on the shuttle to get there and waiting in their establishment for hours to be seen, once they call your name and it’s been 3 hours pass your reservation time they will turn you away. They don’t inform you about the deposit until you are there they try to tack on additional fees last minute. Don’t rent here this was by far the worst experience I had renting a car. I’ve never seen nothing like it.

When we arrived, they had no cars available, despite the fact that we had reserved one. And the staff did not seem to care at all. Horrible place, don’t ever use. There’s a reason why it’s so cheap.

The vehicle had screws holding the front bumper together, holes in the back seat and the name of the business does not appear the same in the charges. They also still have not refunded my “deposit” I have tried reaching out SEVERAL times but they will not answer my phone calls or messages
