The car was great. Drop off was good. Pick up wasn’t great. The agent was not clear on giving instructions on where the car was and didn’t ask if I wanted a print out of the contract or if I wanted it emailed. He also offered other vehicles but wasn’t clear on the additional charges that that would incur.

Female attendant was friendly and gave good customer service. Issues I had: I arrived at airport at about 8:10 called Easirent and advised that I was present and waiting. 8:30 and I had not been picked up, had to get a taxi. I arrive at Easirent, no one in front counter and there is a line of 2 people ahead of me. I get attended to and again female was friendly. But once I had paid and provided everything, it still took about an hour for me to get my car and drive out (about 9:30). My sister in law got a car from Budget, same date and time, was in and about in a matter of 15 minutes. Price difference was $100 dollars, I would have rather paid that money than be waiting. I lost out on the early arrival fee for my hotel.

Representative in Houston was really rude and unprofessional. Didn’t follow the protocol, he just told me to sign the contract (didn’t go over what the contract) and to make sure the gas tank was full when the car was return.

Everything was great except for the attendant when I was leaving garage. I was leaving & bcse she wanted me to go to a different exit than the one I was at csed me to scratch the truck tht I had. She was just rude & seen me gttn rdy to hit the pole but wldnt even warn me or say anything. Not customer friendly @ all!!!

I booked it for an 11pm pickup. I was slightly delayed because the shuttle took so long and at 1115 when I arrived the Hertz counter was closed and I had no option but to go rent from someone else.

Drop off was a breeze, just parking the car with keys inside, but the pickup was a nightmare, I want to believe that it was due the long weekend, but I don’t really know. Everything else was pretty good: car’s cleanliness, shape and price.

this was the easiest and best value of any car rental by hundreds of dollars... a great staff easy pickup and return in Houston George bush airport. highly recommended.. up graded to Toyota 4runner for free!!!! 10 star rating!!!

Had to wait a couple hours for a car. They would not give me an eta of when a car would be available. After asking a 3rd time I started to call a number on the contract. They then gave me a car thst had been sitting on the lot. Also, people thst came after us got cars before us. Same size cars. Doubtful I will ever use a 3 r d party for a car again and I won’t ever use dollar again.
