Cheap Car Rentals in City of David, Jerusalem from RM 24

Car was ready, clean and pickup staff was very helpful with clear operation instructions. Charges were clear and matched estimates made at time of reservation. Nothing hidden. Car's rear seatbelt turned out to be non-functional causing back seat passengers discomfort as one had to sit in middle, cramping the other. Drop off was slow at airport though there was no problem at all with the car as returned.

Unfriendly staff, very used car, full of scratches, battery of the key went dead and no service at all

Nice comfortable car. Good price, but company added mandatory insurance of $30/day that was not disclosed as final price. It amounted to $200 additional to the rental cost. So be aware.

The people were friendly but nsisted that I provide proof of insurance that covered Israel. Since I didn’t know about that I was required to pay for insurance from them.

We received the car 3 hours too late. No compensation received

Hello Your website was facing a problem when i booked,after i write the payment card it gave me that there is an error and give me sad face. And i tried another time and it also gives me the same problem So i booked car from another office. Next day i see an email that there is a car in avis and is booked,i contact avis to cancel the reservation but they told me that i should contact kayak. And i contact you and they open a ticket for that and i'm waiting for the response I want a full refund for that situation because the problem was on your website and i didn't get any message from the visa card compant that the reservation has been booked
