Car received was dirty inside and out and smelled like marijuana smoke. Had to clean bugs off the windshield at gas station to see. No other options for the vehicle size I needed to had to take it.

The car was fantastic. It was bigger than expected and the boot was huge. It made life easier with two special needs children. Staff at the desk could’ve been more friendly.

The car was in poor condition. There were pills on the floor near the drivers seat. The sensors are delayed I advised the center to not offer this car to any other patrons. Keep in mind, this wasn't even the car that I originally wanted because of size. So basically, it wasn't what I wanted, it was in poor condition and it drives poorly. Unfortunately, this was an all around bad experience.

I paid for the car hire, fees and taxes with Qeeq I agreed to insurance and tolls with Budget at usd $3351.00 They took Usd $5459.00 out of my credit card. Said the extra was fees on insurance and tolls ($2108.00 USD) There are to many hidden charges.

My first ever experience with thrifty was terrible. I made my reservation online for a 8pm pickup and when I got there the attendant refused to honor or even look at my reservation email. She didn't even check the system and said they were sold out of vehicles. I told her that I was trying to make it home with my wife and two young children. She had no empathy for me. It was as if she didn't even care. I walked over to Avis and they helped me with ease. I was able to make it home and even for half the price. Never will I ever use thrifty again. Avis won my business
