Super long line. Now that Avis is Budget (and vice versa) and their systems don’t speak (or something like that) beware your car could be double booked. After long wait for the car that’s what happened with us. Worked out in the end for us and other party but took time. Given the $ it’s not the wait and service level one should receive.

Nice vehicle. Didn't like the price,the upsale, , the lies,agent must get a commission for overselling to unsuspecting seniors..$294 for 1 day rental. That price should come with a driver.

Why hit a gas surcharge when the driver filled it up and videoed the gas gage, and then there is no way to contest the fuel surcharge of 9.99$ as it is an ereceipt. Just makes me feel like budget is untrustworthy as that charge is a scam as I filled it up past what it was supposed to be.

We booked for suv…… but got sedan for same price. (Initially we got rave 4 by the time we reached parking some one already in the car. Later they said we need to wait 1 hour for suv. Later they said….they can provide camery immediately. But price is same for suv and sedan).

Never had heard of Fox rentals and found an amazing value for a one-way from San Francisco to Las Vegas to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. At 43,000 miles the car was in terrific shape, lots of zip, GREAT gas mileage, and all Fox employee encounters were excellent. I will be looking for Fox for our next rental and we always rent from EuropeCar in France.

I paid extra to get a midsize SUV and the advertisement was for a jeep cherokee. They gave me an older model mitsubishi outlander that had damage, scuff marks, and stains. It was fine but not worth the extra money I paid to rent it.

Despite reserving and partially paying ahead of time, the wait to see someone at the counter was 2 hours, as Dollar and Thrifty combined made for a very long line of people. I don't think it's right that person's with reservations have to wait in the same line with people who don't have any reservations.
