I got there and there was no car for me. This is a terrible failure- how can I ever rely on a car hire booking confirmation again if there is no guarantee there is a car for me? And no other provider had any cars Please escalate and contact me on this

They had no car left and I was charged car insurance from a separate company regardless on my visa! Was with my two daughters stuck at the airport waiting to get in contact with someone from thrifty and when we did we were told it was never confirmed! Be careful when ordering theses things online! Never again will I use Kayak!
