ANA japan airlines ground and flight crew are AWESOME! But United Air is not I almost missed my flight as the Kiosk was veey confusing, Online flight confirmation wont work, need to fall in line just to ask 1 simple Question which the Kiosk guy couldn’t answer. And yes passengers missed their flight on that day
