When flying from Malaysia to Estonia, the time of day you decide to fly out makes little to no difference towards the overall price you’ll pay on tickets.
Anyone who has been vaccinated abroad can prove they have been vaccinated by presenting a vaccine passport, a copy of the passport, or an officially verified excerpt from a database in a foreign country. The document must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet and in Estonian, Russian, or English and must contain the following information such as the disease against which the individual was vaccinated, the date of immunization, the brand name of the vaccine, the number of doses administered and Information on the certificate issuer (i.e. the CDC).

Visitors from Estonia must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 48 hours before departing to Malaysia.
Visitors from Estonia are not required to quarantine after entering Malaysia.
