|Sept 2026Never got the car. They gave it to an other client because we were late. Our flight and border control took very long we got refuser our car, they wanted more money. What a scam. Will never rent from europcar again. We went to Herzt and we had a the best service.

|May 2026This place is a car-repair garage far from the airport that happens to rent cars. You have to take a taxi to get there. The people are nice and the car was fine, but totally impossible for an airport rental. I almost missed my return flight as I waited 45 minutes for a taxi that never arrived. Finally I paid a kind man who was willing to drive me.

|Jun 2023The staff were really friendly. The only red flag for them is that they tried to include always more extra things (insurance and extra coverage), even they changed my reservation and added me an extra day when i didn´t want that.
