Overall, a good experience. It would have been excellent if Avis had not wanted to not honor the reservation price. Avis did eventually honor the reservation price, but here was no need to go through a period of thinking that I was going to pay about twice as much as the reservation price. The reservation price was excellent.

Upon arrival to my scheduled pick up time I was told the vehicle was not available and that I had to wait until the next day or possibly,at best, later that night for another vehicle of the same size. I was then offered by the agent, support in finding a vehicle with another company. After 2 hours I was still unable to get a rental and I was outsourced to a random small car rental business that offered a similar vehicle at a much hight price. When I chose to not rwnt from that other business, the Budget agent that first assisted me called me to share her disappointment in my choice of not renting with that small business. I honestly feel it is all a scam on the part of that agent and possibly this location. I did reach out to Budget and Kayak and am awaiting a response.

Woman at counter was courteous

Price, insurance was $110 per day. I had the car 30 hours and had to pay 2 days of rental and 2 days of outrageous insurance. I used to pay $67 dollars for insurance in the past. As I have been a long time customer. The car had a terrible smell of burnt motor oil coming from the engine. Called the number provided by them to let them know if the issue and never got an answer. Never going back.
