Car smelled of cigarettes

The car was filthy, was not filled with gas but was expected to be returned as such, and car seat was disgusting, had to buy one from Walmart as it was that bad. Usually when I've rented before in other places locations I have not had these issues. Staff was friendly and attentive.

A very comfortable Hyundai Tucson! Small, compact, with a nice size storage area for 4 people & much luggage!!! I was disappointed that both self checkin kiosks were not functioning at San Juan, PR airport. And where I booked the rental…I had read & was under the impression that all 4 of us could drive at no extra cost. But no…only 2 of us could drive and the extra driver was $10 a day extra. Not major but disappointing.

The car was new and in perfect condition, gave us an upgrade because our original rental was no longer available. Everything was great; however, they would not guarantee us a rental prior to arrival due to the high demand. We were impacted by weather delays, and not knowing if a car would be available for us when we arrived in the very early morning hours was nerve wracking. Otherwise, satisfied with the service and car quality.

Staff was amazing

Everything was easy and a good value and each person we met was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was there are more than one Enterprise in town and I booked the wrong one…so be careful which location you pick.

Kayak doesn’t make it clear that the pickup is at another location until after you book. We entered pick up at SJU airport in Puerto Rico and got results. We proceeded with the thought that it was for Enterprise AT THE AIRPORT and finished the booking only to find that the Enterprise is NOT truly at the airport but about 15 minutes away. Also Kayak let us book the car at whatever time, making it seem as though pick up was available when we would land from our flight. However the Enterprise location was actually closed by the time we landed and got there. We had to arrange transport to get to our accommodations that night and then find arrange another transport back to the Enterprise to pick up the car the following day when they opened again. All in all, pick-up was crappy due to misleading booking experience via Kayak. Next time I’ll skip Kayak altogether and avoid the nonsense.

Dropped off the car at the airport in San Juan.to a young man named Jorge . I was very impressed by how profesional and courteous he was. I would definitivaly rent again from enterprise just based on that young mans great service..

SCAM! I was originally quoted $110 for my rental car, taxes, and fees. I left Payless being charged $340. I was told if I did not pay for their insurance we would have to wait for a long verification process for my own insurance and a $1000 hold would be placed on my card. The customer in front of me had a similar experience. I overheard him asking the clerk about the outrageous price hike. The man behind the counter talked down to me and my family with more condescends I have ever experienced when we only talked to him with respect. I would rather walk then give them my business again.

Everything was so easy

Online reservation was less than $300, on site I had no choice than to accept an insurance for $600 making my rental go up to almost 1k. I will avoid this company at all cost in the future.

I liked that there was an upgraded in my vehicle since they had me waiting for over an hour before I was picked up at the airport. I liked that a ticket was removed which I did not know of having knowledge of for crossing a private bridge. However, I did not like that the windshield pump was damaged and all the windshield fluid was gone. When I bought some if drained quickly because of damaged to the container. This added stress to the trip specially during rainy days. The windshield had a glare that made it difficult to drive even after several cleanings with soap and water. The wipers were not working properly.

Wait times are extremely horrible for them to tell me no we cannot rent u a car customer service at desk was really rude

Easy shuttle pick up, have your car insurance coverage readily accessible, they will hold your deductible and release it when the car is returned! Significantly cheaper than all other companies.

Great customer service in Carolina and the delivery in Aguadilla. Will be a return customer.

The pick up and drop off was great the staff very friendly, the only thing didnt like was the car inside was a little dirty other than that was all fine

No one was there when our flight arrived. We had to go to a different rental spot to figure everything out.

Office closed at 12:00 p.m. on a Saturday (having the office placed in a touristic location). When I went to another office (in SJU airport) they weren’t interested on offering me a solution keeping the same price but twice as much. Overall experience 0/10.

They were closed at the time of my reservation, so I never got the car and it was a major hassle to get another one at another location. Went to another brand.

Super duper helpful guys at the desk who helped me at check-in after a very trying and long travel day full of delays with two young boys. I somehow had accidentally booked the car at a different location in the city and not at the airport, but they were extremely understanding and helpful and found me the same class of car and even pulled out a promo rate so that the price wouldn't differ much despite my error. Very grateful for their help and great service. Car was great as well.
