|Apr 2026I had never heard of this company when I booked it got good reviews it was a good price and they had the size cars available that we needed for our dates. Checking in was very easy and quick. Everyone was very friendly. The car was clean and operated well. We ended up getting a flat tire as there was terrible rain and the roads are full of potholes so unfortunately came out to go to dinner and had a flat. This was on Easter Sunday and they sent somebody to completely swap out our car, gave us a new car and did not charge us for gas or cleaning just for the inconvenience. Really exceptional customer service and the drop off was even easier than the pickup. I highly recommend

|May 2023My flight into San Juan, PR was delayed 6 hours. I arrived at 1045 pm to find that my car reservation had been cancelled without informing me. I had already been charged by Kayaks insurer for coverage. Moreover they had no cars left and I couldn’t get any other agency with cars at that hour.

|Mar 2023They gave my car to someone else because I was late to pickup, despite confirming that I would be there and texting the company. Then, even after I had to find another rental car elsewhere, they charged me $50 for absolutely no reason. Their customer service was very lax and unengaged.

|Jan 2023The car I booked was a standard SUV. The car I got was far from a standard SUV. It was a smaller SUV. It had a bad smell in it and the car's performance and ride was terrible.

|Aug 2026I was given a Kia Soul and the second rental day the car battery went dead at a traffic light and the car would not start. Thankfully it was a Sunday morning and on an incline that could pull the car off the road. I called roadside assistance which I thought would not be necessary to purchase for an additional $4/day but this has been squeezed in to my fee at the time of rental although no one asked whether I wanted it or not. Roadside was prompt and then had to drive to the airport and change cars, was given the same type of car and only after protesting losing 2 hours of my time in the process was given a “whopping” 15% discount. I would think on the very least they should have deducted one day out of my bill.

|Feb 2023The address on Kayak was wrong, so I went to the wrong place at first. However, once I told this to the guy with whom I did the check-in he gave me a 10% discount. Overall flawless experience.
