Cheap Car Rentals in Chatham Parkway, Savannah

I never got the car. After 2 hours of being told by the only agent at the counter that the car was in the process of being delivered, I got frustrated and went to the Avis counter and got a car within 10 minutes. I’ll never do business with Hertz again.

The only reason I chose Budget to rent was the lower price than the competition. However, I ended up receiving an economy size car rather than the minivan that I had initially reserved. The van was not available at Savannah airport, and I needed to get moving as it was past 2 AM and I was extremely tired from an already 1 1/2 hours wait in line. Budget did not deliver on its promise, and I paid more that anticipated for a smaller economy car. And an unanticipated fuel surcharge of $74? After I returned the car with a full tank?
