Overall good experience, the food was better going to Japan than on the way home. The app is very slow and rather clunky. The seats aren't overly comfortable, but you get what you pay for. The service is top notch and can't give them enough credit! I left my ear buds on my first flight and they found them and they were at the airport waiting for me for my flight home!
