Smooth pickup and drop off. It was a small car, suitable for driving around through the narrow streets of the island. I was worried about horsepower, but was proven wrong. The little car took four of us up and down the steep hilly road without a problem. I wish the seats were little more comfortable. But you got what you paid for. I am very happy with this rental. One word of caution: Google map does not work well In Santorini. Stay on the main roads, contract to Google directions, the inner alleyways may not be drivable by car
