Getting a boarding pass and checking baggage in Manila was painful. Two-plus hour long queue to get to the check-in counter. Once there, staff were great. Boarding was a bit chaotic as travelers seemed to ignore the boarding groups. ... Once in the air, EVA and staff were fantastic and the food was pretty good. ... I'd give a higher rating except for the painful boarding process.
