Very pleasant experience overall, while the main course of the meal could have been better and the movies could have been more recent and with more variety. They offer blindfolds and earplugs, which are a plus.

Crew were attentive from start to finish. Each meal was amazing. IFE screen was huge and had quite a bit of western movies, however the tv shows were lacking.

Issuing boarding pass takes too long. Either not enough people to help or the process is just way too slow or long. I tried many times to contact a representative on the phone, no one is available to take your call. Our last flight was cancelled and we were given another flight the next day and Starlux would not guarantee a free hotel accommodation to help my family.

Delicious food! I thought my first leg from SFO to Taipei was good, but this second from Taipei to Sapporo was even better. I liked the configuration of the plane 2 x 3 x 2. Although I wish it was made clear that folks needed to have their seats up during meal times. I had to remind the individual in front of me each time, which was awkward.
