The flight was delayed by three hours and Indigo staff couldn’t provide proper information. We also ended up loosing our connection to Nairobi flight.

Had booked last minute, stretch did not have any food options except sandwich which is not ok for people who don’t eat bread. The crew did not offer any alternative. Crew was disengaged and not interested. Sad experience
