Crew was very attentive and meals were good. My wife required a wheel chair due to an accident on vacation. The service in Toronto was poor and Ottawa no better. Southeast Asia could teach them lots. Flight originated in Manila on ANA which was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. We were put up overnight in the Savoy Hotel with dinner and breakfast. The airline staff and hotel staff were fantastic.
